There may not be an “I” in team, but “I” have learned a lot from my team. Team Lucky 13 consists of members from at least 11 different countries, all with different cultures and backgrounds. Being a member of this team has taught me quite a few things about building relationships and doing things other than just surfing. Socializing and taking the time to learn about other members life experiences contributes to building successful business relationships as well as life long friendships.

I have learned that there is always someone awake and willing to help during any time of the day. Whether it be an online problem, a situation at home, or even a problem at your offline job there is always someone available to lend an ear or offer a helping hand. If the problem is not able to be solved by a member of the team, they know who to direct you to for the answers. It’s like having an extended family that you know you can always count on.

Also, the team has your back. We had one instance where a team member were being belittled because of language differences. We rallied around this team member and made it known hate has no place on Lucky 13!

In the team Skype room, I have built some great relationships, learned a lot about people that I would not have got the chance to know otherwise, and have had a lot of fun along the way. It makes me tend to forget that it’s working and building business relationships, rather than just playing. But a quote from the great writer Mark Twain once said “If you love your job, you will never work a day in your life.” When it comes to internet marketing, I think I’m at that point.

It was either here or jail
the team that never sleeps
